1. Returns
1.1 Defective, Damaged, or Different Product Received
If you receive a defective, damaged, or different product than what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement.
1.2 Exchange for Another Product
In the case of receiving a different product, you may choose to exchange it for the correct item or another product of equal or lesser value. Please contact us for assistance with the exchange process.
2. Refunds
We do not offer refunds. If you encounter issues with a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will gladly replace it or exchange it for the correct item.
2.1 Eligibility
To be eligible for a replacement or exchange:
– You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
– The item must be in its original condition.
– You must have proof of purchase.
2.2 Replacement Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
If approved, we will promptly send a replacement item to you.
